Our stay was comfortable. The space was beautiful and clean.
However things that could be improved:
-answering the phone at the front desk when some one calls from room.
-had a very long wait at bar and on balcony.
-had a long wait at restaurant.
Highly recommend this hotel for the time square view on the balcony alone. it is gorgeous.
