Two years ago we wanted to buy a car. We visited this Toyota dealership but eventually bought a Camry at the dealership in Jersey City where we had a much better sales experience. What happened? We showed up here during the weekend. We were told that we needed to make an appointment to test drive a car. Okay, that's fine, we didn't make an appointment, we get it. But... no salesperson helped us as we were looking for a car to buy. Meanwhile, there were about five or six people some we believe to be salespeople who were at the corner of the store talking. Why would we bother to buy a car, effectively a commodity priced at $30K, given this scenario? Yes, the place was a bit busy, maybe we should have showed up when the place was less busy, but we came here on an impulse rather than a plan.

My advice to potential customers, make an appointment.
