We came to Broken Bow for a relaxing weekend and we were referred to this spa for a massage.
We called to make an appointment and shorty after got a response from them via text. So, we made 2 appointments for 3:00 the following Monday. Confirmed...
Monday came along and we showed up at 2:45 excited for a relaxing day. Come to find out, our reservations were somehow lost. The folks working there had no idea what was going on and their method of scheduling was scribbling on a sheet of paper. Absolute worst experience I ve had at a spa. There was barely any apology and there was absolutely no form of reconciliation.
I 100% would NOT recommend this place. If I could give ZERO stars I would. :(
