Overall very pleased with our CPO Acura, but service was lacking. We traveled over 2 hours for this particular vehicle, had completed all the necessary paperwork and supplied info on our trade - AND emailed when to expect us. Upon arrival, they said they didn t know when we were showing up and there were others ahead of us. The vehicle s detail job was OK, not great. We waited over 2.5 hours to complete the transaction - which actually only took about 15 minutes. Also didn t feel that the salesperson was well trained in the features of the Acuras or what was on this particular vehicle. On the plus side, this dealership was able to set up our across-state-lines title & registration.
