I had a great experience with the guys (Ismail and his humorous co-worker) who helped me at the desk and the attendants later. I had reserved the car online, but saw that the car was cheaper the day I arrived. I was able to call and cancel/re-book at the lower rate. To everyone complaining about the fees, you will never get a car for $11 a day. All the weird fees are disclosed before you put your credit card in. All car companies charge extra fees. This place was a great price and lower than anywhere else. The car was quite clean and, I think, was an upgrade from the economy I paid for. Drop off was super easy. I'd definitely rent from there again.
