I must tell you that my experience of this hotel was pathetic. there are some points because of I was forced to leave the hotel within 4 hrs of checkin. And they did not either accept their managements fault and nor give my money back which i booked from agoda app.
i will request all of you that even do not book ever your hotel such app like agoda because once they book your room they will not take complain even there customer care no does not work which they provided in google.
1. I booked the double bed and they gave me twins bed, and refuse to give double bed as they said all rooms were occupied.
2. they committed to give early checkin around 8 am without charge one day before over the telephone but when we reached they said rooms are not availble befor 2 pm.
3. dental kit was not available and there was timming for hot water 6 am to 9am(there were timing in evening for water)
4. senior and junior staff from reception and restaurants were very rude when i asked somebody in moring to serve in buffett they said take by your self , here are self service only except serving the tea.
5. when my friend and me wanted to check in they said local person we will not allow to enter the room, then i asked the where is this written in your policy then there were senior staff checked for 15 min in computer and when he was not able to find this term in his hotel policy he allowed us to check in hence they spoiled our 3 hours in this nonsence behavior .
6. when we ordered for something in room from menu they very oppsite of that dish later we realised that we have not orderd this dish and i called to room service they said that menu was old so they dont make this dish any more because previous chef had left the hotel.
7.when you will enter in the hotel you will be confused that from where to enter in recepition because there are lift and staircase both and nobody would be there to asist you.
8. when they allowed to check in and gave the key they did not even tell from where we can enter in the room because they have two lifts one is in the entrance and one is next to restaurant.even they will not send any body from the staff for escorting you to the room.

so here i wrote all the problem what i faced i never seen such kind of hotel management , staff , etc..they are really poor, and construction is going on which bother your relaxation. i paid 4000 for that room after that i book hyatt where i paid only 5000 and got a satisfactory service, i request all of you that kindly go through my complain and if you think you can handle these kind of problem then go otherwise my advise you will end up with same.
