I will never take my car back to be worked on. My husband and I took our MDX in because the ABS, VSA, and AWD lights came on and it was making a scraping sound. They changed the battery saying it was a bad battery causing the lights to come on (even though our battery was only about 1 year old). That very same day (on our way home from the shop) all of the lights came back on. I tried calling them back, but they were already closed for the day. I left a vm and no one ever called back... called again and left another vm but no call back. Called one more time and got someone who told me I could bring it back in. They initially wanted to charge us again for looking at it but finally agreed not to. They came back and said it was a bad left rear sensor. I asked her would that explain the scraping noise and she said that anything else going on with the vehicle would require a diagnostic in which they would charge us for. I'm really thinking like why didn't you do that in the first place instead of charging us for a battery!!? Idk what they did to the car, but since leaving the last time, all of the lights plus the transmission light have come on and the audio mode on the radio has stopped working.
