I have submitted so many tenders over the past 2 years and have not even been considered for one. The money, time and effort all gone to waste. So much for empowering B-BBEE contractors. They also have stopped the public tender adjudications with the change of management. Who knows who wins the tenders these days. Lots of criteria to get you easily disqualified. No appeal process
