I own about 10 Samsonite suitcases. I have dealt with Samsonite USA in the past, and they have always been great and customer focused. Now I am in Thailand and have a problem with my suitcase. Unfortunately, the Thailand office is shameful. They don't pick up the phone. They disconnect/hang up on you as well as soon as you ask a question or don't accept their "too bad, we can't/won't help you" answer. They refuse to honor the warranty and instead want to give me 40% off of an extremely overpriced suitcase that doesn't even match the set that I own. They are awful and Samsonite Corporate should talk to the management of this office to straighten them out and teach them about the Samsonite culture and focus on customer service that exists outside of Thailand.
