Worst experience going here. I found a truck I was ready to purchase last Wednesday...Jen is the associate who set up my meeting for the truck showing on Wed. Everything was good to go I said I'd come Sunday with cash. I get a text from Jen Friday confirming. and a call on Saturday night to also confirm for finalizing the deal for tomorrow(Sunday). I wake up Sunday morning called Jen said Id be down around 12afternoon when they open. What happens? I get there ...and I notice my truck isn't there on the lot. Maybe detailing it? I walk in..She greets me as I enter the building and says "heyy... glad to see ya...(looking like a ghost) let me pull that truck up for you"... Well ...she had the Knowledge that it was being test driven at that same moment from a guy who had brought his wife, and two kids...meanwhile I'm inside ....and looking out the window I see a full family get out of the truck...all this while Im watching from inside sitting at the table looking like a fool. And all the salespeople in a circle in the corner store discussing the issue. Finally I put it together they were discussing the best way to explain to me how they were going to sell my truck to this guy instead of me because I was "late" ...what was the reason I got from the sales manager ? "It is what it is man". So if you want to do business with a bunch of mid to late 20yearolds that are money hungry by all means go for it. You will not find a sales team of trust, honesty, or dignity here. And I can only imagine purchasing a vehicle here and having a problem or an issue with it that would need to be resolved...the response you'll get is again "it is what it is man". # RUN
