BEWARE!!! IM WARNING YOU NOW DO NOT GO WITH STERLING. THEY SAY 1 THING THEN DO ANOTHER. From day 1 they gave us a possession date and then all of a sudden without any warning they change the possession date even when they sent me a letter stating the date we originally agreed and now leaving me and my family to scramble before new years with 2 small children! THEY ARE HUGE LIARS AND I WOULD NEVER SUGGEST THEM EVER TO ANYONE. AGAIN AWFUL COMPANY AND DO NOT USE THEM!!! THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOU THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT THEMSELVES AND THEIR MONEY! I'm not one to knock people or company off as I am a small business owner and I value hard work but a company should never promise 1 thing then completely change over nite. AWWWWFFFULLL COMPANY!
