Even though our kitchen faucet was discontinued, one of Kraus's customer care team (Jimmy) was able to quickly locate the replacement part and get it shipped the same day. Jimmy was knowledgeable, friendly and well connected within the Kraus organization. Jimmy even followed up with installation instructions which helped ease the job of replacement.
