ALM South lies. ALM does not care that you work hard for your money. Their tactics are aimed to wear you down until you give up and give in to their terms. If you choose to give ALM your money be certain to be in control. Stay in control. Your time is valuable. Do not allow ALM to keep you there for hours. Inspect the vehicles in daylight. Research your own vehicle history reports. Do not go alone. Bring a friend or family member that can say no for you. My car buying process took 5 hours. Without my knowledge, ALM sold my family a newer car that was damaged. The damages were difficult to detect from just looking at the car because they were under the hood and bumpers. The vehicle history report that ALM produced was incomplete. I researched the vehicle history and discovered that our newer car had been damaged, twice. I demanded ALM to repair it. Their mechanics are incompetent and careless. They made the problems worse! Those morons used glue and tape to bandage the repairs. The car was falling apart. Our safety is of no concern to ALM. I doubt their mechanics are legally certified. Management pretends to care about their customers but they play games too. Our calls and concerns were bounced around the whole office. Once they make that sale they are on to the next victim. I learned a valuable lesson.
