What an enormously competent, patient and sweet staff, but what a bad organization. The nursing staff receives a 10+ from me but the policy and organization a 0. As a patient you are just a number, you are not or hardly informed in all respects, Never clarity everything remains vague. Whether it is a follow-up process after an intervention, a treatment, what exactly is going on, when you can go home, or transport home. You have to invent and arrange everything yourself. Complaints such as these are picked up by the client counselor, very understanding but unfortunately people without influence so the errors and displeasure are registered but nothing else changes. Every layperson can point out the pain points in this organization, but if the will to change is not there then complaints continue to rain. My bad experiences are confirmed by other reviews and my environment where I only hear bad things. Unfortunately
