Run for the hills and do not entertain using carpenters !! Never have I come across such incompetence , lack of communication (never reply to emails ) abrasively rude staff and constantly fobbed off with Mis information . Have to do all your own chasing of appointments and when lose all your medical records it takes 2 months to tell you ! Never get a call to update you and rarely answer phone when call them ! Fortunately now transfered case to a proper professional company who know how to deal with people . Use carpenters at your peril .
