I collected my UP yesterday with my husband and had a very enjoyable experience. The service I received from Syed Ali was very good from start to finish.he made us feel welcome and nothing was to much trouble.whilst the car was being prepared I decided on a service plan which the very helpful Penny Haley helped us with.she said i would like the car which i absolutely do thanks for the advice.I felt i was treated very well and when the car was ready for me I even had a personal film of this emailed to me which exceeded my expectations.Thank you Syed Ali you were brilliant.
