Worst experience of my life...i am very sad becaus...

Worst experience of my life...i am very sad because it was a week to relax and spend good time with my husband after battling health problems in my family.At the time of check out we were surprised by being charged for a daily more and when we questioned a very rude manager replied that there was a noise complain from our room on Sunday at 5:30 am and the night manager called , was up to our room and we didn't obey the orders...We were so in shocked that the rude manager decided to come up with another story,which actually we were fighting really loud...humiliation one behind the other.To continue we were so upsets that we asked to talked to the night manager to confront such a terrible things...of course he was not there...so it was our world against his...At the end i was so angry that i told them i wouldn't pay for such awful lies,then other manager came and said they weren't charged us that time BUT they needed to check the facts ...This Hotel is not for decente couple like us...we were humiliated and treated like troublemaker after spending one week at the hotel ...we were even asked if it was another people in our room...just incredible situation...i will never stay in this hotel again...
