Very terrible customer service. They overcharged my bill more than 100 dollars a month. I asked them to check my meter but very rude associate said they can't help me at all. I absolutely didn't use more than 1,000kwh a month cause I've never been at home last month. Is it a unreasonable demand to check my meter? I don't understand at all.
