Don't expect your order to be the correct size, arrive on time, or for anyone to answer the phone to deal with your complaints even during regular business hours. I understand this is a small company but at least hire enough staff to actually manufacture and ship the products you're selling within the time frame given. Also answer the phone occasionally, unless you're cutting corners there too. I doubt this company will be in business much longer with their current practices.
