Probe called me about an amount of $26 which had apparently been outstanding since 2010 with Eastlink. The rep gave me an account number which isn't my Eastlink account number. When I advised that this information is incorrect (I logged into my Eastlink account while on the phone) I was told I would need to contact Eastlink to discuss it. I made it quite clear that if Probe is going to waste it's many resources (probably overseas based on the quality of the line and delay) calling me over $26 they should first take charge of their own information. Probe, if your information is incorrect it is your job to get the correct information, not mine. I promise you that my hourly rate is more than $26 and if you expect me to do your research for you I'll send you the bill for my time.
