The bar is nice. It's very well presented and the staff were friendly. However....

We were a party of 5 and as we arrived we were asked if we wanted to eat. As we weren't sure, we answered thus and were subsequently told that we couldn't sit on the terrace to enjoy the view. This of course made us detirmined not to eat! Our bar bill was over $100 which they were happy to accept.

The manager was rude throughout. In short: don't bother. Spend your money elsewhere.
