My parcel was due today, I have taken time off work this morning to wait in for delivery which has not turned up. I phoned Safety supply, the customer service representative said that DPD have tried to deliver and have proof that they tried, the photo she sent was of an unknown house? she had no empathy towards the situation and said because i chose 'best price' deliver option whilst ordering then il just have to wait until tomorrow. No chasing up DPD for alternative options or seeing if there was anything else that could be done, ive just read DPD they have depot collection which she never mentioned. Terrible way to handle a customer. Wont be using again!
