Wonderful experience; Madeline and Charlie exceeded my expectations in March 2018 and far surpassed the service I've received at other Honda dealers in town.
In 2014, Richards provided me with a quote on a lease, without any negotiation or haggling, that other dealers complained, "left no meat on the bone".
Now, in 2018, they again provided me with their best price the first time with a number that met my expectations after doing research online at KBB, Edmunds, etc. None of the other dealers (Toyota and Honda) that I visited in Baton Rouge the last few weeks provided me a number that was extremely reasonable and didn't require further discussion.
Will be back again!
