Terrible warranty support. Failed PC held by them for several weeks with little meaningful communication or attempt to resolve. Incredibly frustrating. Their system for processing repairs seems to be very poorly operated, based on my experience. There seems to be no inherent concern for the needs of the consumer who had purchased and rely on their product. 8/21/18 Update: The case mgr (who was very nice and helpful when given the chance) was finally able to spend adequate time on my case & resolve satisfactorily. I believe that Lenovo is currently overwhelmed in this area and needs to address it.
