I needed 60K service for my Ford Flex. I was billed over 160$ for "front differential service".
I came back and discussed this issue with them and they said they will be in touch, this was months ago.
So I was billed over 160$ for the service of a part that never existed on my vehicle in the first place.
To be mildly put I am not happy.
