I stayed at this Double Tree on June 9th 2018. The hotel was great. Accommodations were excellent. The only problem I had with the hotel is someone broke into my SUV and stole my third row seats. When I called and spoke with manager Eva she didnt even offer an apology. I was told I had to get a police report which I didnt mind. When I asked if I could view the surveillance video or at least have the GM view the video I was told I needed a subpoena. REALLY HILTON??? The police are not going to subpoena Hilton for third row seats. But of course the manager knew that. I am a Hilton timeshare owner and Hilton Honors member. I thought this would have been handled differently. ANYONE WHO HAS A SUV PLEASE BE CAREFUL AT THIS DOUBLE TREE AS THEY ARE STEALING THIRD ROW SEATS AND NOT EVEN AN APOLOGY IS BEING OFFERED.
