Update** The owner reached out to me and explained what happened that day. It still didn't resolve the issue and not much could be done to accommodate us since we are only down that way once a year. However, she is aware there is a problem and she is working on making changes. It sounds like she's trending in the right direction.**
They had us double booked and were not able to see us. Very disappointing. This was my first year to try a different spa. I won't make that choice again.
