As a realtor I depend on fast reliable reports. Darlene Solice help was key in getting a lean on a property resolved in order for mu buyer to refinance. She communicated with all parties, was persistent, responsive and professional. In the end got the seller to pay the work performed removing the lean on the property. Darlene did everything in her power to collect from the seller and in the end the seller paid. My buyer and new owner was able to refinance. Thank you, Darlene!
