The financial was rude when we were hesitated buying a car. We finally decieded to buy the car and they wanted us to bring the car so they can get approve from the bank. They said theywill pay for insurance cancelation fee. Well it didn't to work well so we asked to our cancelation fee. Idk they are trying to not give us the fee or not but they don't answer our call or never give us call back. Well my husband said just forget about that fee and also I don't care about the fee anymore but their attitude were so CHEAP! Even one star is too much for them.
