Great experience. Dealt with Tin Nguyen and bought a used X5. Very pleasant people to deal with. Felt very comfortable during the entire experience. Once deal was done I still felt comfortable and did not have any concern over the process, the price or the procedure. Tin was very knowledgable and helpful. I would definitely buy from them and especially Tin again.

I have bought a dozen or so cars in the past and the X5 was my fourth BMW. This was the first time at BMW Gallery and dealing with Tin.
