Darrell was extremely responsive help my husband and I with 3 recalls on our 2017 Honda Clarity Fuel Cell Vehicle. There was a lack of parts for the recall, but Darrell followed up and contacted us when parts arrived. He also made sure the car got a quick wash upon return of the car to us. Can't really ask for more.
