The hotel is nice, especially the main pool. It has many trees and animals, ideal for who likes nature. The rooms are terrible, they took a long time to assign the room and when they give us the key it was on a 3rd floor x staircase (I have a year and a half baby) and the WORST thing is that it was shared with another family. There was only one door that divided them, I made the claim and they assigned me another after a long time but it was just as ugly, and with super girls beds. I asked for a better room, even if it was a silver difference but supposedly there was no availability.
