My mother booked a spa evening for my sisters birthday. My sister travelled from London and I travelled from Newcastle-upon-Tyne.

On the date of our spa evening I called to upgrade our spa treatments. The girl on the phone could not spell nor communicate effectively with myself. It finally transpired that we had no booking, or it was on the 6th December. She could not decide which was correct.

We were awfully confused and therefore called our bank with whom we bank with to confirm payment. Our bank confirmed payment, in writing and then confirmed the spa had sent the payment back. I called up to question this as we had travelled half way across the country for this evening, the Head of Sales said we had voided the payment. Which is a complete lie as our bank had realeased the funds.

We were not offered an apology or anything else, we frequent the spa whenever we are home and will never be using the spa again. Disgusting customer service.
