the customer services is horrible. for the pass three weeks I am trying to get in touch with them over the phone, calling 4 or 5 times daily and when someone answer the phone, they tell me they are going to call me back and I am still waiting for the call. right now I am trying to contact them and I had being in the phone on hold for 48 minutes. keep away from this insurance provider
