The people within the office of The Common at Sout...

The people within the office of The Common at Southfield, are very responsive (and, various calls to Corporate went nowhere). The building is well-run and well maintained. Part of their success --it seems-- is in that they screen the applications thoroughly. Once you are living here you will see that Management follows the rules and tenants do too. My 18th month stay will conclude in December 2017. When asked I recommend living here as the people and building with all of the amenities (gym, pool, covered parking, trash valet) are easy to get used to. This area of Union Point, I predict, is going to be a 'very cool' and very safe place to live given all of the plans in place and all of the building activity well underway. Hope to see you around!
