Recently, Herritage Property took over control of our HOA...it has been terrible since. Pay the same amount for less service! Have to make several calls and emails to have simple issues go unresolved. Don t reply back within 3 business days as they suggest they will. Meanwhile, garbage continues to overflow from community trash receptacles into the street and forest area.
