called a taxi a head of time 1 hour to be exact and the taxi driver was still 30 minutes late. When I called the office to ask where our taxi was I was insulted by how rude the woman on the other line was. she basically said it was my fault! and informed me that she gave our cab to someone else. I hung up on her and she called me back with even more attitude saying i should have planed ahead of time? WOMAN are you dense? is an hour not enough time for you? Anyways she called us another cab but my group and I called Yellow Taxi and yellow taxi was there in 10 minutes.
