I recently had the opportunity to work with this company for a spring engineering project. 🌱💪 The experience was overall average, but it left something to be desired. The quality of their work was satisfactory, but I felt like the communication could have been better. 📞🗣️ They were responsive to my initial inquiries, but it took a bit longer than expected to receive updates on the progress of my project. On the positive side, their team was friendly and knowledgeable. 👥🧠 However, I think they could work on improving their customer service skills. 💁‍♂️💼 The turnaround time for my project was also longer than I anticipated, which was a bit disappointing. ⏰👎 In terms of pricing, they were reasonable and competitive. 💰💯 Overall, this company is average and has the potential to improve in certain areas. I would consider giving them another chance in the future.
