Just brought my 2015 Jetta in for service and had a very pleasant experience! I called the day of to see if there was any availability and they were super accommodating. They were able to schedule me for a same day appointment. The service department was also very upfront with the things I needed done and kept me in the loop via phone. I would definitely recommend to a friend!
