Used their online shop but called and I'm not sure which location I was in contact with, so I'm going to leave a review for all the locations since I can't for their online shop:
I am a real customer and a nobody. I placed an order online for a brake line and a couple fittings. When the order arrived there was a component that I couldn't get to fit and I couldn't figure out why so I called... Spoke with a man who looked up my order. I won't give all the details but basically I made a mistake and they fixed it in a way that was not fair for them. So I was treated more than fairly. They deserve at least a great review for treating me so well.
Great knowledge, great help, fast shipping, great company in my experience.
