Waited half an hour in ER for someone to unhook wires and leads so my husband could go to the restroom. I finally disconnected them myself after no one EVER came to help. He was a fall risk but that didn t seem to matter. Once he returned to the room, no one ever came in to reconnect heart leads despite the constant beeping and requests for assistance. Really unbelievable.
