I enjoyed everything about this place. Talking with the owner was excellent as well. It's a good fit for Ballard. With the current interest in eating REAL food, this is sorely needed. Not only is it entirely scratch made but it has a few of my own favorites like coarse grind grits and flavorful greens. A side of real smoked ham fit nicely in the bowl. I am so in love with this place...
My date found out the owner used to live next door to their family on the East Coast as children. Small world.
