If I could give this company zero stars, I would. ...

If I could give this company zero stars, I would. I was told the truck would arrive no later than 7:42pm for a tow and once 8 o clock hit, I knew there was a problem. Also, just for reference the dispatch office is 4 miles from my house. I called the company and I believe I spoke with the owner. I was told the driver had arrived and realized the truck had a malfunction so he had to go get another truck. First red flag: the driver had never arrived at all.... 35 minutes later, still no tow truck. I call back and immediately get put on hold, from the same person I spoke to earlier. I tell her that it s been 35 minutes since I last spoke with you and the truck isn t here yet & I would like an update on where he is please & she responds with excuses. She had horrible attitude and poor customer service skills. She was telling me that she doesn t want my business and that she will just call another service provider for me instead of just giving me the update I wanted in the first place. She then proceeded to hang up on me. This wasn t my first horrible incident with Canton Towing but it most definitely will be my last.
