"Spectrum Spells Success", Yes I believe in it. For the past 5 years I have been working as Linux Administrator in Spectrum Softech Solutions Pvt Ltd. I strongly recommend anyone who can join Spectrum as a fresher as would be a great achievement in their career, there you get trained and moulded to become an IT professional.
