Had an appointment at 10:50 did not leave until 1p...

Had an appointment at 10:50 did not leave until 1pm. Yes my oil was changed for free, however between the wait time and not having anything additionally done like car vacuuming or fluids topped off like regular oil change places do in less than 30 Minutes. I m willing to go elsewhere to pay to get better timely service.
