FIRST I would like to say I have never been late on my loan since they took it from Bank-of-Scam America. Selene Finance should be shut down! I'm surprised we have not heard of a shooting at that place. From what I gather all they do is try to take homes away from people. They took over my loan and said trust us, give us a chance. They are idiots! They have messed my taxes up as well as my escrow and insurance several times all in the last 8 months of obtaining my loan. My loan has gone from $1,060.00 to between $1,300.00 to $1,500.00 monthly and then back to normal. With that being said and that many mistakes made I feel for those in trouble with money. I'm lucky I make six figures and can take them to court if needed but I know many of you cannot. All I can say is keep all your documents and record who you talk to! If you cannot pay for your home take everything but the walls and move. Save yourself the trouble from dealing with these idiots. If you lose your home because of a mistake they make find a lawyer to sue them! DO NOT fall for the modification scam because that's what it is from reviews. Maybe we can start a class action lawsuit! Every review they have is one star for a reason! Good luck if you have these sharks.
