Not a very good experience. Despite having conversations -several..and being informed C..would phone back...which they did.. to which I responded with my name... I had....yet again..and again..to go over the same ground. The identification?? for '''security reasons''' when in fact common sense would sometimes be a much better approach. ''YOU PHONED ME.... I have requested Churchill to forward my ''no claims'' details along to my next new insurance company... which seems to be a major problem for them. I will attempt to encourage them yet again.... here's hoping with the amount of staff available...they will comply with my request....
