Best prices period! I have looked everywhere from coast to coast in north America and these guys are the best. I have never been to the store but the online is awesome and the service is great. I call first and the guys are stellar. Best deals for slaloms and equipment out there. Very impressed.
I have bought my watersports equipment at Buckeye Surf exclusively for the last 15 years that I have lived on Pigeon Lake in Bobcaygeon. The reason is simple - they have the best selection and they have people who know what they are talking about. Dave, Craig and Taylor (among others) know their stuff and never try to sell you what you don't need. I have bought numerous wakeboards (adult, kids and special order), a waterski, 4 Tubes (single rider to 5 rider!), ropes, fishing gear and rented Jetskis and pontoon boats many times. I highly recommend them.
My wife wanted me to say that she loves the clothing upstairs (I can shop for watersports while she shops for clothing upstairs!) and always brings our guests, including our teenage and 20-something nieces, to shop there in the summer. She and her sister also love Kawartha Lifestyles.
I've never ordered from the website because I live locally, but I know they ship for free in Canada, which is amazing given how much it costs to get anything from the US.

I have shopped at this store for years and it's continued to be a beacon of a fantastic customer experience for as long as I can remember.
This independent, family-owned business has always provided great value, high-quality products and excellent service.
The family itself has its next generation running the business and it continues to get better and better with each passing year. There's another business in town that seems to be a focal point of shopping in Bobcaygeon, but it doesn't hold a candle to what the Poole family has going with their Buckeye retail stores.
If you're in the Kawartha Lakes and are in need of quality clothing or sporting goods, Buckeye Surf should 100% be at the top of your list of places to visit.

Buckeye Surf has an amazing staff, I ve shopped there many times and every time I have been pleased with the service I ve received! Very attentive and complementary.
It was good, the only issue was they make you get into the canoes from this concrete platform dock. It doesn't really work because we ended up falling out. Mainly because we went into it wrong. It was a nice day so it wasn't too bad and I found a nice dress as a result of being soaking wet so every cloud has a silver lining. Bottom line make sure you get them to explain things.
Great shop for surf and snow clothing and gear. Friendly helpful staff. Great selection. Prices for gear are at market value but the clothing prices are a bit high compared to Toronto or online. I guess that's the price of convienence in a small town and I'm usually willing to pay if I underpack for a cottage trip.
We love coming to this store when in Bobcaygeon! Always great service, and excellent selection for summer lifestyle clothing. Keep up the good work Buckeye
Manager extremely rude! Bought 4 tee shirts at their midnight madness sale, all ended up having damage. Manager said it s my fault for not knowing that s why they were on sale. I thought buying from businesses should give you peace of mind. Not pieces of junk. 0/10
Excellent experience with Buckeye Surf. Their online prices were significantly lower than other Canadian and US retailers for wakeboards and wakeboard packages and I got an additional 20% off the item I ordered! One of the items I ordered was out of stock, and I was notified by Taylor right away about replacing it with an equivalent item or getting a full refund for that item. Their site also mistakenly offered me free delivery, however I am in a very rural area, so this was an error on their website, but Taylor didn't want me to have to pay the $60 shipping, so he offered to have it shipped to the postal outlet a minute from my location, which I was more than fine with. My items were shipped out the same day they were ordered. Overall a very good experience with this company and excellent customer service delivered by Taylor. I'm happy I was able to support a Canadian company and will definitely be shopping here again! Thanks for great service!
Fantastic customer service, and great people. They were very accommodating to find us a surfboard that worked with our boat. We love the Phase 5 Diamond that we ended up with; but dealing with a family business that was ready to bend over backwards for us was the best part of our buying experience. Thanks!!!.

Hands down my favorite store. Good thing I dont live around here cause I'd spend all my money there. The staff are on point especially Makayla. She was super friendly helpful and bubbly. Only complaint is some of there stuff is a little over priced. But always good quality. I would recommend this store all. It has something for everybody.
I ordered a pair of wakeboard bindings from Buckeye Surf, when it turned out this particular pair was out of stock I was called by a very helpful staff member named Taylor who substituted a comparable pair into the ordered and shipped it for free to one of the more remote cities in Canada for me! Would absolutely shop from them again.

Would give zero stars if possible. Everything overpriced by at LEAST 35%. Do a quick google search on any item before buying. Unless you like overpaying.
