We booked this resort for a 2 day stay whilst on our honeymoon, the arrival was lovely and gave high expectations however the service at the bar and restaurant was very slow, the food is very limited and not exactly 5*, the rooms are spacious and we were asked to upgrade at a fee of course (same value as on the internet) as it was our honeymoon we did but only to find the pool had been filled with water from the sea (not ideal), there were bugs on our food, ants crawling everywhere, 90% of the grass here is dead, theres very little do other than sleep here and apply bite cream, there was effort made but only when a group of 25 Chinese people arrived. Unfortunately due to the lack of maintenance at the villa the dirty air condtioning unit has cause my husband and I to be Ill during out honeymoon and to make matters worse the resort has purposely waited until 8 hours after we had checked out and settled the bills to put my card details through again and take a fraudulent transaction without my signature or authorisation, I have since emailed them sever times and had no reply.... the is absolutely no way this resort is 5* it has some lovely views and big villas but everything else is sub par, would rather have stayed in the city. The staff are helpful but do things in the least productive way making life very difficult for themselves. AVOID
