The hotel was clean and the room was nice, unfortunately most of the staff were rude and unhelpful. From the front desk to the waitstaff. The most polite staff was the valet parking people. Also, While I understand having to screen folks on the way in, I don't expect to have to wait in a large line to get back to my room when I step out of the Casino for a few minutes. Maybe have someone manning a line for guests who are staying there? We stayed a few nights and after the way the staff behaved the first night, we went elsewhere to spend out money.
